Commercial spaces

Studios, offices and venues we designed or built.

Imaguru Startup Hub

Warsaw · commercial space · build

Everything from strip-out to the finished space. There were no working drawings: we built from the client's sketches and brief.

Visible: A bar with a stone front, a raised platform, a photo wall, murals in the meeting rooms, made-to-measure fittings.
Hidden: Many of the details were decided on site, together with the client.

Yoga space with a lounge bar

Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine · commercial space 260 m² · build · 2016

A former factory space turned into a yoga studio with a bar.

Visible: Exposed red brick, the bar, an aerial yoga room, a second level for the instructors.
Hidden: Brick partitions, steelwork and the old ventilation removed, with a lot of welding. The brickwork was stripped of plaster, sandblasted, repaired by hand and sealed.
Result: The space kept its industrial character.

Soulfull Place

Warsaw · commercial space · build · 2024

A small venue for meetings and events: a main hall and a smaller room for a few guests. Herringbone parquet, wall mouldings, a curtain along the whole wall.

Hotel Egoist

Kyrylivka, Ukraine · commercial space

A hotel complex on the Sea of Azov.

3D-printing production space

Warsaw, Praga-Północ · commercial space 200 m² · build · 2024

A cosmetic refurbishment, a partial change of layout and a separate room for large 3D printers.

Visible: Tall partitions, a new entrance door, a dedicated printer zone. Part of the work was done about 6 m up.
Hidden: New power wiring to a specialist design: a distribution board, cable-tray runs, 230/400 V connections. We did not do the load calculations; we worked from the specialist's finished design.
Result: The landlord accepted the installation on the basis of an official test report.

Astra Studio

Warsaw · commercial space 251 m² · design + procurement + design supervision

A photo studio with podcast rooms: the functional layout of every zone, interior and bespoke furniture design, and the selection of materials, lighting and equipment.

Result: A space that can be rearranged for different shoots and recordings.

The portfolio also includes NoName Bar in Ukraine and offices for IT companies.
