The loft converted into living space, a fixed staircase in place of the loft ladder, concealed-frame doors and flush skirting.
- Visible
- Stairs with lit treads, mirror walls, large-format tiles in the bathrooms, several lighting scenes. Outside: parking spaces, terraces and canopies.
- Hidden
- Services and connection points relocated and reinstalled: power, water and drainage, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and low-voltage systems. We did not make the furniture, but we agreed dimensions, junctions and connections with the joiners before the walls were closed.
- Result
- Handed over in October 2025, after seven months of work.
